Meow Bag Pattern

The Meow Bag is a fun cross body bag with lots of character.

The zipper plaquet at the top follows the shape of the cat and the slip pocket on the front accentuates this also.

On the back we have a zipper pocket and on the inside we have a further zipper pocket and slip pocket too.

This bag sewing pattern comes with downloadable pattern templates, written instructions, SVGs, Projector file and free video tutorial.

YOU WILL NEED:

• 3/4 M. Main Fabric
•  3/4 M. Lining Fabric
• 3/4 M. Woven Interfacing
•  3/4 M. Non-Woven Interfacing
•  1/2 M. Fusible Foam
• 2 x 25mm (1”) D rings
• 2 x 25mm (1”) Lobster Clasp
• 1 x 25mm (1”) Slider
•  8 x Rivets (6 for the strap, 2 for the bag) – I used 8mm (5/16”) Post Rivets (or you can use ChicagoScrews)
• 1 x 18cm (7 1/16“) #3 Zipper (or tape and pull)
• 1 x 18cm (7 1/16“) #5 Zipper (or tape and pull)
• 1 x 45cm (17 11/16“) #5 Zipper Tape and 2 pulls (facing each other)
• Along with usual sewing tools, you will also benefit from having:
• Double sided quilting tape, pinking shears, clips, walking foot, zipper foot, and a Microtex needle (I
• used a 90 size).
