Why you will love making The Curvio Pouch

The Curvio Pouch is a pattern you will make over and over. It uses very little fabric (just 1/4m of each), so it is perfect for using up your favourite fat quarters, special prints and scraps. The curved zip opening lets the pouch open right out, which makes it easy to pack and easy to find what you need.

It is a fantastic gift to make, a great seller for craft fairs and a lovely way to practise your zip skills with a quick, rewarding project.

Fabric:

• Outer (Main) Fabric: 0.25m (10")
• Lining Fabric: 0.25m (10")

Interfacing and Stabiliser:

• Non Woven Interfacing: 0.25m (10")
• Woven Interfacing: 0.25m (10")
• Stabiliser (Fusible Fleece or Fusible Foam): 0.25m (10")

Zips and Hardware:

Zip:

• 47.5cm (18 11/16") zipper with 1 or 2 pulls attached

Webbing:

• 20cm (7 7/8")

Bias Binding, Fold Over Elastic or Waterproof Canvas:

• 2.5cm (1") strips for binding, to the length of 1m (approx. 39")

Optional:

• Mesh: scrap minimum size W: 28cm (11") x H: 10cm (4")
• Fold Over Elastic: 1cm (3/8") on the fold wide, or 2cm (13/16") unfolded (or similar width), x 26cm (10 1/4") long

Highly recommended

• Double sided sewing tape
• Size 90 universal needle
• Thread to match or contrast
• Usual sewing tools
