Emma is a YouTuber, Pattern Designer, Bag Sewing Teacher and Entrepreneur based near London, UK.

She spent over 20 years in the film industry bringing some of the world’s most iconic creatures and costumes to life. From stitching Iggle Piggle for In The Night Garden to crafting The Flash’s high-tech suit in Justice League, creating countless goblins for Harry Potter, and helping to build the legendary Chewbacca for Star Wars, Emma’s work combined artistry with precision. Working alongside world-class costume and creature designers, she mastered complex 3D sewing techniques, engineering fabrics to fit unusual shapes and making every detail screen-ready.

In 2020, she channelled those sculptural sewing skills into a new adventure by starting her YouTube channel to share her love of sewing with the world. Inspired by her fascination with structure, form and functionality, bag making became the natural choice. Her channel quickly found a dedicated audience, and now Emma helps people everywhere learn the art of bag making through her patterns, videos, online classes and subscription boxes.

Emma believes the world of bag making should be a welcoming and wondrous place, full of support to help you dive in and fly.
