The Waisted Bag is a full sewing pattern and video tutorial.

It is a Slim style waist bag that could be referred to as a fanny pack, bum bag or sling bag.

With inside pockets and a slim profile, it's a great bag for travelling as it can be worn underneath your clothes, helping to keep your valuables safe and secure.

This is an Confident Beginner sewing pattern. It sews up fast and with the added card slots and pieced zipper pocket as well as the construction method, you will learn some fun techniques while sewing up this bag.

You Will Need

• 1/4 M. (10”) Main/Outer Fabric (non-directional print)
• 1/2 M. (20”) Lining Fabric
• 1/2 M. (20”) Non-Woven Interfacing
• 1/4 M. (10”) Woven Interfacing
• 1/4 M. (10”) Fusible Fleece or Fusible Foam
• Long Zip: 13cm (5 1/8”) small Zipper (use a #5 size) with pull attached (or ready-made #5 zipper)
• Small Zip: 31cm (12 3/16”) long Zipper (use a #5 size) with pull attached (or ready-made #5 zipper)
• Webbing: 1 x 17cm (6 3/4”) length
• Plus either Small: 1 x 80cm (31 1/2”) length (or Medium: 1 x 100cm (39 1/2”) length or Large: 1 x 120cm (47”) length)
• 1” Rucksack Buckle
• 1” Strap Keeper/Slider for the webbing

Optional:

• 2 x 8mm Double Capped Rivets
